Your First 90 Days (Key Responsibilities)
Architect Scalable Frontend Systems
Audit existing interfaces, design micro-frontend patterns, and establish a robust, centralized state management strategy.
Drive Product Collaboration
Work directly with PMs and UX designers to translate complex user requirements into elegant, high-performance interactive features.
Mentor Junior & Mid-Level Engineers
Lead by example. Institute rigorous PR standards, write comprehensive tests, and conduct weekly architectural review sessions.
