How do global time zones work?
We are async-first. We require just 3 hours of overlap with EST (9 AM – 12 PM EST) for core syncs, standups, and collaborative pairing, leaving the rest of your daily schedule entirely up to you.
What does the technical interview look like?
No arbitrary LeetCode on a whiteboard. We do a brief intro call, a high-level system design discussion, and a paid take-home assignment (or live pairing session, your choice) that mirrors the actual work you’d do here.
