Is this role fully onsite in Jakarta?
Yes, this is an onsite position based at the PT ABC Indo headquarters in Jakarta. We believe physical proximity for core engineering teams fosters unparalleled velocity and innovation. Relocation assistance is available for top candidates.
What does the interview process look like?
We respect your time. Our process consists of three concise stages: 1) Initial alignment call (30m), 2) Technical architecture & pair programming session focusing on React/Next.js (90m), 3) Final cultural fit and leadership chat (45m). No whiteboarding arbitrary algorithms.
What are the expectations for the first 90 days?
Within 30 days, you will push your first major feature to production. By 60 days, you will take ownership of a distinct micro-frontend domain. By 90 days, you will be expected to propose and lead an architectural improvement to our Next.js deployment.
