We operate an asynchronous-first environment. You will have highly flexible hours, allowing you to work when you are most productive. We rely on clear documentation and only use overlapping hours for crucial team syncs.
What does the interview process look like?
We respect your time and do not do whiteboard “leetcode” tests. Stage 1: Intro Call (30m). Stage 2: Real-world Technical Pairing Session focusing on React/TS architecture (60m). Stage 3: Culture Fit & Meet the Founders (45m).
What level of autonomy will I have?
High autonomy. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will not just be handed tickets. You will define the architectural direction, select the appropriate libraries, and take full ownership of major feature releases.
