Your Key Responsibilities
The high-impact duties expected of our next Senior Engineer.
- Systems Architecture: Lead frontend architecture and design scalable, high-performance solutions from scratch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate complex requirements into seamless UIs.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, code reviews, and shared learning.
- Performance & Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous testing strategies, CI/CD improvements, and performance optimization (LCP, CLS).
